Though impressive on low-pile carpets and rugs, we didn’t find that it did an incredible job on high-pile rugs. This is understandable, as these rugs ideally need to be taken to the dry cleaners. The regular Corded Crosswave could do all this as well, it was just a little bit worse with picking up larger debris than the Cordless Max was.
I just installed vinyl planks and the Crosswave is greatest product for my new floors. Plus I know that sheltered pets are taken care of. Note that you should only use this cleaner on rugs that are marked as suitable for wet cleaning .
