The plastic base part containing the blades to an approximately $30 Hamilton Beach blender cracked causing a leak of contents when in use. I had owned this small appliance about 7 months & was very pleased with how it makes my smoothies. I contacted Hamilton Beach regarding this & was told they would send me a replacement at no cost to me . I received the replacement part within about 3 days but it was the wrong part.
I found a #, but it tells you to send an email, so you can’t speak to anyone. High volume so 5-7 days before a reply will be sent. Filling it up in the sink and tapped it on the side of the sink, piece of glass broke off the bottom. I just wanted to know if I can buy a replacement, but I need something to make coffee in, so guess I will have to buy something else. Tried everywhere else 1st with no luck, but with their non existent customer service, I don’t see the point in waiting for an answer.
