This microwave sometimes overcooks and sometimes undercooks. I have had to struggle in and out of my house and to a cart and put it in a car then in the store. This will be the last time and would not recommend this product to anyone. The microwave I bought at Walmart, I bought it because of size, color and price. Ever since it was about a month old it gets hot and shuts down and if I had to buy it again I would not. It’s not as big as the original one We ordered.
