The black color is modern looking, and the buttons are flush with the surface. I thought that the button used to open the microwave took more pressure than I am used to. This could be a benefit in a household hamilton beach 1000 watt microwave with small children, as it may prevent them from opening the microwave. However, for older people or those with dexterity issues, this could be a hinderance. First of all, i like its color, matte black.
They are not willing to do anything for refund or replacement just because I did not have my receipt. Who keeps a receipt for this because you don’t anticipate it happening?
