It’s great for walking while working or running or walking after hours. The size and convenience are great for a spare bedroom/ office area. I’ve seen many folks comment on the error code when receiving their machine. They obviously didn’t read the little pamphlet that came with the unit. This is the way it’s supposed to work. I wish that the handrail was adjustable as I find it could be a little closer to my body. Not recommend Costway Folding Treadmill for tall people.I use it everyday so far no issues. And it is very sleek and easy to put it away.
The method to check if there is any need for additional lubricant. Just grab the walking belt and touch with your hand as far as possible the center of the back of the walking belt. If you have a slightly damp feeling of silicone oil on your hand, it means no need for lubricant. If the walking platform is dry and there is no silicone oil in your hand, you need to add lubricating silicone oil. The only thing you need is just a pair of good shoes, and we recommend you to wear running shoes or gym shoes during exercise. Meanwhile, please be careful that there is nothing stuck on the shoes in order to avoid from anything dropping into running machine and then damaging the running plate and belt.
I love the little remote control. It makes for easy modifications in on/off and speed. I was going to purchase a large standard treadmill but I’m so glad I didn’t and that I found this machine. I’ve already all my friends, relatives and coworkers about it. Not only should you consider how easy it will be to put your treadmill away when you’re finished using it, but you also need to think about how you will control it when in use.
It’s much smaller than the previous one that I ordered from a different company . I ordered this because I can keep it in my room with the handles down and no one ever knows that there’s a treadmill in the room . It’s pretty good for walks that you don’t get outside . It’s small, light weight and pretty. Those the only things I like about it.
I’m not into all the bells and whistles and I didn’t want a big unit that I couldn’t move by myself, so this unit serves its purpose. The only issue I have is the handrail. Because my balance isn’t that good I have to hang onto handles therefore I have to tighten regularly as it does get loose.
