The cordless Bissell Crosswave Max a year after review

The CrossWave Cordless Wet Dry Vac vacuums and washes at the same time. Cordless freedom, 36V Lithium Ion Battery provides up to 30 minutes of cleaning. Multi-surface cleaning capabilities switch from hard floors to area rugs. Improved edge cleaning to clean along baseboards and in corners. 2-tank technology keeps clean and dirty water separate.

It performs much better on carpeted floors with its multi-surface floorhead, is easier to maneuver, weighs considerably less, and has longer battery life. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max is a cordless upright hybrid vacuum/mop. Compared to the corded BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro, it has a less powerful motor that leaves it incapable of cleaning dense high-pile carpeting. That said, it’s easier to maneuver and does just as good a job when vacuuming debris or scrubbing away stains on bare floors.

The BISSELL® CrossWave™ Max Vacuums, mops, and dries in one go. Its multi-surface cleaning capabilities let you easily switch from cleaning sealed hard floors to refreshing area rugs and tackling messes, irobot vacuum cleaner whatever they may be – wet or dry. Anyway, the upshot is that the CrossWave Cordless Max performed a miraculous feat by restoring the floor to its original condition – well at least close enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After spending over $300 we were hoping for an all in one vacuum and floor cleaner. We just used it on our hardwood and tile floors and there is wet pet hair everywhere. So now we have to wait for it to dry and bring out the old busted duster vacuum and do it all over again. The product does not do what it says for hardwoods and tile if you have short hair dogs like a black lab.

Preferably, this plug socket will be out of sight from you and your guests, since this machine isn’t exactly the smallest. This is one of our only issues with the BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max – it’s quite hard to store. Ours is currently sitting in our kitchen, charging through a plug that sits above our worktop. It’s worth us noting that this machine has to be sat on the dock to charge, and you’ll want to place it on there when self-cleaning, too. If you are short on storage space, this is not the appliance for you.

I have tried everything I can think of to have the Crosswave not leave a puddle of dirty water when I stop using it or go to move it but it always does. If I’m going to clean up puddles might as well use a regular mop. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product literally changed my life….I have 3 sons, 3 bulldogs and it was awesome to vacuum and mop all at once.

Bissell’s newest, wet-dry vacuum cleaner promises a cordless, light, easy-to-use appliance to help bring some sanity back into families’ lives. This warranty applies to a product used for personal purposes, and not commercial or rental service. Safe an effective on multiple surfaces including tile, sealed wood floors, carpet, rugs, laminate, irobot vacuum cleaner linoleum, rubber floor mats, pressed wood floors, and more. My kitchen floor often gets quite dirty because I have three cats that regularly walk in and out, bringing in mud from outside. The CrossWave Cordless Max made short work of even toughs stains that some floor cleaners struggle with, leaving a clean and relatively dry floor.

We have dogs and cats, and at first, this seemed like a really good idea. If a product can go from the ease of mopping to vacuuming, and back again, how do you think that soup is going to be when you clean it? Even just hair from the floor, cat litter or dirt, you still have to stick your hands in there and clean it out. The concept is cool, but you’ll be disgusted in keeping it clean.
