I am very happy with my purchase. This was an affordable option that would help my family stay in shape even in the cold months of winter. This company has great customer service. My treadmill had a cosmetic damage on part of the frame and they offered to send me a replacement part or a partial refund. I choose to get the replacement part and it came within weeks.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a really good treadmill for an affordable price. Not every treadmill is right for everyone, after reading and watching several reviews, this one seemed to suit me, and I was right. I live in a concrete apartment building and our gym has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic, I figured it’s time to have my own treadmill at home. I bought it more for walking, not running though. I have it for almost a month now.
The folding handle that locks the riser in place is a bit of a bear to fold down – I have to adjust the tension each time I use it. And I have to take the handlebars off if I want to fold it down a bit annoying but worth it. Happy with this purchase and would recommend to any Runner who appreciates a compact easy to move treadmill. Going outside for a Run is currently NOT an option and this is a great solution to my HOT weather problem.
Ultimately we are glad we got it. The size is a bit difficult to get used to. Sunny Health Fitness I read all the reviews and they are right about how short the belt area is.
This treadmill is very compact and very durable. It folds down and can easily be moved to a storage area while not in use. It is helping me develop a more consistent stride while pushing my pace faster. I was very impressed how well the unit was packaged. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a smaller space saving treadmill. Gives the user a great cardio workout in a small area.
The top of the treadmill that folds down does not stay secure. It folds down when I hold on and walk on it and I cannot figure out how to lock it in place. This 2 in 1 treadmill is perfect for office and home use to help have a healthy body.
I’m not into all the bells and whistles and I didn’t want a big unit that I couldn’t move by myself, so this unit serves its purpose. The only issue Costway Folding Treadmill I have is the handrail. Because my balance isn’t that good I have to hang onto handles therefore I have to tighten regularly as it does get loose.
