I purchased this for daily walking since I have a baby and it’s hard to leave the house. I’m 5’3 and it works perfectly for me. maxkare treadmill My husband is 5’9 and he also has walked on it without issues. I primarily use this for walking and a run here and there.
The folding handle that locks the riser in place is a bit of a bear to fold down – I have to adjust the tension each time I use it. And I have to take the handlebars off if I want to fold it down a bit annoying but worth maxkare treadmill it. Happy with this purchase and would recommend to any Runner who appreciates a compact easy to move treadmill. Going outside for a Run is currently NOT an option and this is a great solution to my HOT weather problem.
I arrived at home and discovered the box waiting and the door step. I was excited about the delivery and carefully took it into the house with my son and unboxed it. I noticed small pieces in the box and didn’t expect anything Costway Folding Treadmill as I immediately connected the treadmill to see if it worked. True enough it did work and everything looked great. I took photos to show the cracked motor cover I found as I lifted up the treadmill to place against the wall.
This treadmill is very compact and very durable. It folds down and can easily be moved to a storage area while not in use. It is helping me develop a more consistent stride while pushing my pace faster. I was very impressed how well the unit was packaged. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a smaller space saving treadmill. Gives the user a great cardio workout in a small area.
The only reason that I am giving this product 4 stars is because I am 5’8, and I like to daydream a bit while walking on the treadmill. If I’m not careful, I drift back a bit and hit the back end of the treadmill. It almost knocked me off, but the more I use it, the more I got the hang of it.
I am not a runner, I never have been. I prefer swimming, but that isn’t an option where I live at the moment. I got this as a stop gap until gyms start to be a bit more open- I am not looking for a long term use item. I can move this around by myself. I love that it can be folded flat and moved out of the way of my kids.
It’s great for walking while working or running or walking after hours. The size and convenience are great for a spare bedroom/ office area. I’ve seen many folks comment on the error code when receiving their machine. They obviously didn’t read the little pamphlet that came with the unit. This is the way it’s supposed to work. Follow the quick instructions and you’re good to go!
Light enough for one person to move. It was easy to assemble and I can store it under my couch. I purchased this item to walk indoors over the winter.
