When she sticks her head out the window, she steals my heart. We have it set up inside as there’s not much point in having it outside in the winter but will move it out once it starts to get warm again. Love that it has a little letter slot bounce pro trampoline and the windows can open as well as the doors. The setup was simple and it looks pretty sturdy. I don’t like the fact that some of the details have stickers. I’m sure they’ll peel off or become discolored as it’s an outdoor playhouse.
We have the Little Tykes Sizzle and Serve grill and a kids picnic table. I love that this house is easy to put together and take apart if needed. I am looking forward to seeing my kids continue to play with the bounce pro trampoline throughout the summer and the rest of the year. I only had to break out a screw driver to attach the flag holder.
I do not have any Little Tykes products. I like how easy the playhouse looks to assemble. We do own some little tikes toys we have the coupe and a couple and basketball hoop. I like the flag at the door for the entry way on the playhouse.
We have the Cozy Coupe and basketball set. I love the flag holder and the ease at putting it together. I love the cute windows with the shutters.

This was an absolute breeze to assemble. In fact, the actual assembly took approximately 20 minutes. Placing the stickers on the assembled structure! The play set comes with all the tools needed to assemble the product, which amounts to one special screw driver that they provide.
The Little Tikes Cape Cottage Playhouseis an easy to assemble toy that is intended for children ages 2 years and up. My three year-old uses the playhouse more than any of my children. She has made her own flag to hang from the flag holder, and named the “street” she lives on.
As expected from this brand, the playhouse is well made and safe. My 4 year old has had a blast playing bounce pro trampoline in the garden with this. The windows open as do both doors and he has made this his own “house”.
