I was still able to use the bike in the mean time so I was fine with that. About 10 weeks passed and I’d not received the replacement part so I reached back out. Customer Service gave me the option of a $50 to wait or return the bike.

The seat on this bike is fully adjustable to help you find the right position for your workout. You can move it forward and back, as well as up and down. However, the adjustable nature of the seat isn’t the only thing that makes it comfortable.
This model is manufactured overseas but customer service for US residents is provided out of California. Ok, so this is a very short warranty if we compare it to the guarantees nicer treadmills costing 2x as maxkare treadmill much come with, but for this price range it’s actually pretty good. The 40-pound flywheel is fantastic, especially at the roughly $$$ price point. Many more expensive bikes don’t have flywheels that good.
