I can only utilize the one 1 minute button and the start button, I don’t have a clue what happened and wish I knew of a fix for it. This microwave sometimes overcooks hamilton beach 900 watt microwave and sometimes undercooks. The 2nd one did what this one is doing. I have had to struggle in and out of my house and to a cart and put it in a car then in the store.
