The Weber Spirit II E-330 is one of Weber’s budget all-rounders. The Spirit series of grills feature everything you would expect in a grill twice the size but in a compact unit that packs plenty of bang for your char broil performance buck. Weber Spirit E-310 Gas Grills has three burners with a combined BTU of 30,000 which is right where it needs to be. The unit doesn’t include a side burner, which is unfortunate but not all that uncommon.
Reflects how wide a temperature span the grill offers by comparing temperatures at the high setting and lowest setting possible. Featuring a sleek and streamlined design that wouldn’t look out of place in any outdoor kitchen, the Royal Gourmet GG2102 is another good alternative to the Weber Spirit E-210. At any rate, though, it’s well-designed, practical and portable, making it a good choice for those who have a reduced space but still want effective and even grilling. I should also mention that, despite being smaller than the Spirit E-210, the Royal Gourmet GG2102 has more cabinet space and slightly larger fold-down side tables. In terms of materials, the Spirit E-210 is every bit as wonderful as any of the other products in the Weber brand. The unit’s exterior is made of pure stainless steel, ensuring maximum durability and resistance to external elements.
But this model is still available for purchase at big-box stores like Home Depot and Lowe’s. We still think it’s a great grill with clever design features. For one thing, this grill has an externally mounted propane tank, which is easier to install and replace than traditional, under-grill tanks . And this type of tank also frees up the area under the grill for storage of tools and other items.
To a degree, all grills suffer from this problem, because the burners don’t extend all the way to the front of the firebox. But the Spirit II E-310 offered the most consistent heating across the entire grate surface. After 10 minutes, the burgers at the rear were medium-well, and those at the front were medium-rare to medium . On the Napoleon grill, meanwhile, some of the front burgers were nearly raw in the center, while the rear burgers were well-done.
