The cooktop does maintain heat well and does an excellent job of cooking up all kinds of foods without issue. Whatever you plan on cooking on the Adventure Ready griddle, it can handle it, resulting in high-quality meals. There have been some complaints about the quality weber spirit 2 of the welding. Additionally, while the advertisements claim that heat is distributed evenly across the cooking surface, this isn’t necessarily the case. Higher heat tends to concentrate in the middle, with the perimeter of the cooktop being slightly cooler.
It is important to note that the Blackstone does not include propane tanks, so you will need to purchase those items separately. Our Blackstone works with the small tabletop propane tanks as well as the char broil performance traditional 20 lb. Tank because we use our Blackstone practically every day … sometimes twice a day. But as much as I love it, I must confess that a 28″ would have worked just fine for me and my family.
