I called and was asked to email pictures of the part, the serial number, and my receipt . They notify me the part is not available but will send it to maxkare treadmill me in 3-6 weeks. I wait 8 weeks to check in, they let me know it will be another 3-4 months… But people have bigger problems right now, so whatever.

It’s very heavy, and takes a bit of effort to get out of the box, but assembly is quick and easy and it’s intuitive to use. This bike is pretty no frills so if you’re someone who needs lots of tech and gadgets, this is not the one for you. You can do it on your own, but it might be handy to have a friend to help lift the main, heaviest bit of the bike. We also found putting the pedals on quite tricky – there is definitely a knack to that, so call for backup if you struggle with this, too.
Customer service person said could not find in the system and would send to techs. Watched some videos and self-diagnosed that lower control board needs to be replaced. The handlebars were damaged during shipment so I reached out to get a replacement.

You control the resistance with a simple dial, which transitions well between levels, but as there is no screen or cadence checker it’s impossible to know exactly what speed or resistance you are at. This is a shame, as it would be good to know the intensity you are working at – especially if you are following an online class and being told to be at a certain level. The customer service personnel went above and beyond to take care of us. I highly recommend your product and your customer care. I have bought two products from Sunny Health and Fitness. Each was faulty and cost me an obscene amount of time.
From the BBB reviews “this is not what you are used to hearing” is not a true statement. Sunny fitness has many of the similar BBB complaints that sadly I found out after my purchase. Sunny fitness will be hearing from me again when the belt I put on needs replaced again. After a week they advised to diagnose by sending me a YouTube video link to take off guard and do various things with belt, flywheel, etc… to try and figure out the specific issue.
