BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max vs BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro Side-by-Side Vacuum Comparison

Any parts that you wash under water should be left to dry completely before refitting them. Let us know in the discussions if you come across another variant of this vacuum, and we’ll update our review. This vacuum’s dyson robot vacuum suction force has been retested with a more accurate manometer. The test results for the ‘Maximum Suction’ and ‘Normal Suction’ fields have been updated. To me – The cordless freedom outweighs any inconveniences.

Its mopping function is also quite effective in dealing with dried-on dirt and debris. Clean all types of floors with this all-in-one multi-surface cleaner without the hassle of cords. A dual-action brush roll and a two-tank water system means you only need one cleaning tool to tackle hardwood floors, carpets and area rugs.

As mentioned above, you can easily hook your Bissell CrossWave up to wifi and connect on an app for maintenance, support, cleaning tips, and a usage dashboard. I have a few shag rugs and the high-pile seems to get caught in the roller. As a bonus, my Bissel Crosswave vacuum came with a second brush for backup!

The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max is a cordless upright hybrid vacuum/mop. Compared to the corded BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro, it has a less powerful motor that leaves it incapable of cleaning dense high-pile carpeting. That said, it’s easier to maneuver and does just as good a job when vacuuming debris or scrubbing away stains on bare floors. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max is good for cleaning bare floors. It easily clears away pet hair as well as small and bulky debris on this surface type, with no significant loss in suction performance as its dustbin fills up.

Cordlessly vacuum and wash floors at the same time without being tied to an outlet. It’s considerably quieter than the BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro, presumably thanks to its smaller, less powerful suction motor. If you run it within an enclosed room, people nearby aren’t likely to be disturbed. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max doesn’t come with attachments, though there is an additional replacement brushroll for its floorhead. I would say this is an investment piece that is totally worth saving up your pennies for. Hands down, I would 100% recommend this small appliance if you’re in the market for a new vacuum cleaner.

To add the solution to the tank, all you have to do is first add warm water to the waterline, and then add your solution to the solution line. The Cordless Max has a self-cleaning cycle to make that process so easy with just the push of a button. To make sure this vacuum functions the right way every time, cleaning it out is essential every time you use it. I would have to that the battery life is decently a con. The battery level only lasts 30 minutes or so before needing to be back on the charging dock.

To use this feature all you have to do is make sure there is enough solution in the tank. If not, fill up the tank with warm water to the self-cleaning line. My cleaning isn’t delayed by having to clean the brushes and then letting them dry before using again, because they do need to be rinsed with hot water between uses. You can even set up helpful alerts to make sure your vacuum stays in perfect working condition. You just have to set up bissell app alerts all within the app.

The shark cordless Max and Samsung Jet 90 Complete are different types of vacuums, though both offer some mopping functionality. However, this floorhead only scrubs away at stains, and the vacuum isn’t capable of dealing with liquid spills, unlike the BISSELL. That said, the Samsung vacuum is considerably better at everyday vacuuming tasks. It performs much better on carpeted floors with its multi-surface floorhead, is easier to maneuver, weighs considerably less, and has longer battery life.

I just installed vinyl planks and the Crosswave is greatest product for my new floors. I bought this for the cordless convenience and because it stated that it gets the edges since my previous cheaper version leaves a line around my whole house of dirt. If you have dirt on your floor it just turns into a mud mess and leaves dirty streaks everywhere even having to stop and clean the roller 10 times. The Max’s range is limited only by the remaining battery life and the room left within its dirt compartment.

We’ve done the research on products designed to save you time and money. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max does a great job of sucking up water. It leaves the surface slightly damp but has no trouble clearing the water as a whole. The water tank has clearly legible fill lines for cleaning either large or small spaces. The BISSELL CrossWave Cordless Max feels decently well-built. It’s similar to the BISSELL CrossWave Pet Pro in terms of overall build quality, with a body made mainly from hard plastic and an aluminum wand.
