Press and hold the power button on the remote until Treadmill responded with a beep. Return safety magnet to it’s location on the hand bar and the unit is ready to go. Treadmill speed and miles show in kilometers or mph? And, is there an option to select miles or kilometers?
The machine is quiet — you’ll hear the sound of your steps more than the machine itself. It makes about as much noise as a standard gym treadmill, and I don’t find the sound distracting, although an officemate might if you share a Costway Folding Treadmill workspace. You can also turn off the treadmill feature and use this as a regular standing desk. It’s very quiet and runs smoothly and light weight when moving I haven’t tested out the speaker for music yet though but I wear my own headphones anyways. Didn’t even realize it has blue tooth until I saw the speaker. Speaker is great and can go really loud.
The only way it folds is dismantling the arm rests. I used run mode and it sounds like banging on the floor with a hammer- that’s why it’s suggested to use a matt. Lastly, no volume for the speaker. Summed up, nice machine, great value, doesn’t fold, no volume control, and add a matt underneath. Super easy to use and keep around the house.
It’s compact so it doesn’t take up as much space. The instructions could be written clearer . Overall this is a great treadmill. You can’t really compare it to the professional machines at your gym unless you purchase a treadmill with that quality you will not get that from a home treadmill. Great price, good size, just as good as a more expensive treadmill.

If space is the most important factor you can’t go wrong with the Treadly 2. It’s only 4 inches thick and can be easily moved around or stored under a couch. Best investment ever and fast delivery! Received it a few days earlier than expected. It comes with side handles and a cell phone holder. I opted not to use those though.Tested it out and it’s just like being at the gym but at home.

To my surprise, it’s easy to assemble and fold and perfect for in home use. Pretty good size to walk at a fast pace, easy to assemble. Only issue will be the noise frome motor but you get use to. I purchased this for daily walking since I have a baby and it’s hard to leave the house.
