I’m very impressed by the build quality of this grill. It get hot super fast and it’s easy to control the heat. I really like the full 10 year warranty as well.
Cook everything to desired internal temperature not to time. I grill at least three times a week and there isn’t a propane grill out there that cooks as well as the Genesis. My old one, not Weber, was deteriorating and replacement parts were not available. I went with Weber because of the lengthy warranty and availability of parts for the future. I have been grilling more with this grill than I have in a number of years.
