The handlebars were damaged during shipment so I reached out to get a replacement. I was told a warranty claim would be processed and I’d receive a replacement part. I was still able to use the bike in Costway Folding Treadmill the mean time so I was fine with that. About 10 weeks passed and I’d not received the replacement part so I reached back out. Customer Service gave me the option of a $50 to wait or return the bike.
