This app is the worst one I keep on my phone. I bought this ac because of the ability to control it from my phone but it is constantly glitching. Every time I open it, it has lost the connection and I have to log back in. That not a huge deal but it’s lame and shouldn’t be a recurring problem. But the biggest problem that has me ready to replace it is that I now cannot log in at all.
Worked Better then expected and can even turn on the ac from the car before we get home to cool down the room for bed time. Bought another unit this year for our master bedroom even though our prior ac still worked. I just wanted the same convenience for our room to control the temp. Plan to get another in of these units next year for another part of the house. Just wish they made a larger btu size unit with the wireless feature.
