Dyson may introduce its 360 Heurist robot vacuum to the United States. The Verge spotted filings with the FCC that show a robovac of a similar, but a slightly different design that could be more suitable to U.S. households than the European model. Comparing the two against each other though, I would bissell crosswave cordless pay for the Roomba 980 before I ever considered the Dyson 360 Eye. The added features, extra sensors, and longevity of the reliable brand still mean something and its performance is still top notch. Dyson makes great products; however, the robot vacuum 360 Eye is not their best effort to date.
Brand-new it might be, but the 360 Heurist isn’t a great deal different on the outside from the previous model, the 360 Eye. Sure, the new model has a flashier blue-purple paint job, rather than the drab grey of the original, but in terms of size and shape, the two models are identical. This is one of the best in of all bagless vacuums in terms of capturing fine microscopic dirt. He had long resisted selling these types of vacuums to the public saying that “I’m not rushing out a gimmick robot to pretend to people we’re cleaning the floor”. For Roomba vs. Dyson, I would put the Roomba 690 or Roomba 650 about on par with the Dyson V6.
Moving furniture doesn’t matter, as the map is constantly being updated on every cleaning cycle. Even if you relocated the vacuum and charging station prior to the next cleaning cycle, there wouldn’t be many issues in navigation. Wirecutter, The New York Times’s sister publication that tests products, recommends shark cordless stick vacuums from Black & Decker and Tineco that cost $150 to $400. Control how your robot cleans, like defining areas to avoid, the order of rooms it cleans or vacuuming without the brush bar on. Roomba alone is a very popular name, and many know of existing robot vacuums as primarily existing with this brand.

Dyson and Roomba have great vacuuming machines that are miles ahead of the competition, so you’re in good hands with a model from either brand.
