Have fun doing that if you plan to keep the grill next to a fence. On the positive side, it has welded steel pieces and provides a sturdy base for the grill. The double doors feel substantial, and they swivel smoothly in their hinges.

Like the E-310, the E-210 has an open-cart design and an easy-access side-mounted hook and gauge for the propane tank. At 513 square inches (26 by 19 inches), the cooking grate on the Genesis E-325s is big enough to grill an entire meal for a family. With previous Genesis models, we found that because the burners were spaced out over a larger cooking area, they didn’t sear food as darkly as those on the Spirit II E-310.

With the Weber Spirit II E 310, though, you should be able to figure this out after a relatively short period of time. The only real gripe that I have with the Spirit II E 310 gas grill is that there are just three burners. When compared to other grills of a similar or even lower price, this Weber grill falls short. This is especially true since it isn’t equipped with even one side burner.

With the multitude of $300 gas grills invading the BBQ market every year, a big challenge Weber always faces is price. Although Spirit II is Weber’s entry level full-sized gas grill line, it is still more expensive than many popular low cost brands. However, most Spirit owners feel that Weber’s quality, durability, performance and customer service are worth it. Many cheapo gassers only last three to four years while Spirits can keep grilling for decades.

It puts out the same 13,000 Btu as the others, for a combined total 52,000 Btu across the four burners. By contrast, the Spirit II E-310 puts out 30,000 Btu and the E-210, 26,500 Btu. When fresh air and the sear on a juicy grilled burger combine, it’s pure warm-weather delight. Blackstone Adventure To help you keep the good vibes (and food) going, we’ve hunted for gas grills that are durable, easy to clean, and simple to control. After cooking burgers, barbecue, and chicken on seven top-rated grills—and researching dozens more—we recommend the Weber Spirit II E-310.

This is one of the main elements that you need to look at when choosing any grill, and the Weber Spirit II E 310 is no different. Take the battery out of the igniter before you store the grill long-term. The Spirit II E-310 (and every grill) should come with a grill cover.

She grilled skirt steak for three hours straight because the small grate could accommodate only two-ish slabs at a time. However, the fajitas were beautifully seared and perfectly cooked. She was never disappointed with the Spirit E-210’s performance—it’s a top-notch small grill.

We also like that the base sits on four casters—as opposed to the combination of two casters and two fixed wheels on its predecessor, the Genesis II. And compared with the Spirit II’s two fixed wheels, the casters on the E-325s make it easier for folks with varying abilities to maneuver the cart. However, we’re bummed that Weber decided to move the propane tank hook and gauge from the side (where they sit on the Spirit II and previous Genesis models) to under the firebox inside the cart. We can only imagine the crawling and contorting one must do to hook a full tank of liquid propane in that small cabinet. With 424 square inches of primary grilling space, the three-burner Spirit II E-310 can easily accommodate 12 large hamburgers, two whole or cut-up chickens, or a large cut for smoking, like brisket. For instance, you can sear steak or fish on one side of the grill and cook vegetables on lower heat on the other.

The iGrill is nice but there are better options on the street that we have reviewed. The cooking performance of a gas grill is measure by the BTU rating per hour and is a core element to cooking on a grill. This indicates grill temperature when only one or two of the burners are on, to represent a cooking task where the food is placed between or alongside the direct flame. Weber claims their new Infinity Ignition is significantly enhanced, more robust and consistent.
