Weber Model SPIRIT II E-210 Grill Parts

The iGrill is nice but there are better options on the street that we have reviewed. The cooking performance of a gas grill is measure by the BTU rating per hour and is a core element to cooking on a grill. This indicates grill temperature when only one or two of the burners are on, to represent a cooking task where the food is placed between or alongside the direct flame. Weber claims their new Infinity Ignition is significantly enhanced, more robust and consistent.

This is one of the main elements that you need to look at when choosing any grill, and the Weber Spirit II E 310 is no different. Take the battery out of the igniter before you store the grill long-term. The Spirit II E-310 (and every grill) should come with a grill cover.

The hinged rack measures 5½ inches deep when folded and expands to 11 inches. Weber also switched the direction of the rods on the upper rack so that they now run back to front, instead of side to side. For now, we think a simple probe thermometer, like the ThermoWorks Dot, could alert you weber spirit 2 in a similar way for less cost. The cooking space in both grill series measure up to be the same- what you notice, however, is that Spirit II comes in a bulkier design. The durability of these grills is also standard, as they are made using good quality materials that last for years.

We think a three-burner grill is large enough for most needs, with plenty of space to cook for a family dinner or a backyard BBQ. Grills with more burners are usually overkill, and two-burner grills can feel cramped. Gas grills run on either liquid propane (most common) or natural gas—both fossil fuels. Though both are relatively clean-burning fuels, propane emits fewer greenhouse pollutants than natural gas—though the difference is negligible. However, propane is more efficient because it burns hotter than natural gas.

Weber tries to help these people out by making the side tables collapsible. Take the guesswork out of cooking with Weber’s iGrill Digital Thermometers. This grill includes a dedicated side shelf mount specifically designed for use with the iGrill Blackstone Adventure 3 so you always have it by your side when cooking. The side shelf mount keeps it from taking away valuable shelf space. (iGrill 3 Digital Thermometer not included) The technology connects to WiFi for remote access to monitor your cook.

The last Spirit Series had cast aluminum sides with a large, slide out grease tray that doubled as firebox bottom. Spirit II has a single piece, cast aluminum fire box with a funnel shaped bottom that diverts grease into a small slide out grease tray (see below). The sleek open-cart design provides additional room and accessibility of your grilling tools. The Spirit II grills have an open cart design as opposed to the closed cabinet on the standard Spirit grills.
