Weber Spirit II E-210 2-Burner Freestanding Propane Gas Grill WEB-44010001

When the Spirit II grills came out in 2018 they were available in an amazing array of colors such as Crimson, Ivory and Sapphire. Those colors, which were widely popular, are no longer available and you can only buy one of these grills in Black. It is my belief that Weber is going to discontinue the Spirit Blackstone Adventure II grills and is in the process of clearing them out of inventory. Both grills receive an overwhelmingly positive response from their owners. The Exchange is proud to work with our Partners to bring you expanded selections and exciting products you can order online – all at military exclusive pricing.

The characteristic feature of these grills is their affordability, intelligent design and size options. Whole chicken or turkey are good candidates for the thin side of the grates. You want to cook whole birds evenly at moderate temperatures to slowly crisp the skin.

Additionally, propane tanks are inexpensive, reusable, and available at most hardware and big-box stores. A grill that is both durable and easy to repair creates much less waste than a cheapo grill that ends up in the garbage. We chose grills with fireboxes made of cast aluminum because the firebox is a major part of the grill, it’s difficult Blackstone Adventure to replace, and aluminum is resistant to rust and corrosion. Cheaper grills have thin enameled steel fireboxes that are prone to damage and holes from rust. Once your grill has a rusty hole in the firebox, it’s destined for the scrap heap. Since the Spirit II E-210 has only two burners, indirect cooking may present a bit of a challenge.

As I already mentioned, the three burners aren’t up to most gas grills standards, but it will still do for a small to mid-sized family. That being said, there is ample cooking space here – it is on par even with more expensive brands. Weber’s other new addition to the Spirit line, the Spirit SP-335, is basically the S-315 with a built-in side burner and a dedicated high-heat weber spirit 2 searing area on the grill. We don’t recommend grills with side burners because we don’t think that extra feature is worth the $100-plus markup. We think you’re better off saving over $200 with the Spirit II E-310. If you want to splurge on a grill with exceptional temperature control and a dedicated searing zone, go for our upgrade pick, the Weber Genesis II E-325s, instead.

This can also work well for low and slow cooking or if you want to cook something over indirect heat. Well, this amounts to about 15 burgers, a couple of racks of ribs, and about three whole chickens, depending on the size of the birds. I don’t enjoy opening and closing doors while trying to keep an eye on the grill. The multiple tool hooks are certainly a great option and isn’t something that you always find with grills, even on high end ones. The first is that it allows me to easily transfer food from platters onto the grill with minimal hassle.
