Impressively, this robot returns itself to its docking station to charge. However, it occasionally struggled with this, bumping into the docking station rather than parking itself. In addition, when it does steer onto the docking port, it can be insecure. On one occasion, having watched the vacuum take itself back to its dock, leaving it there between tests, we were disappointed to return to find it had not charged properly. Keeping up with the maintenance of your robotic vacuum is of paramount importance. You should have a regular schedule of things such as battery checks, clogs, emptying the dustbins, checking the extractors for tangles and general cleaning.
