Although no cleaning system is available, you can easily rinse the shaver under running water. The battery life is about 60 minutes, a bit less than what Braun’s model offers, but that should be more than enough for most people, even when you’re traveling. We couldn’t figure out exactly why this break-in period is necessary. The Remington offers generally good performance, but you’ll likely find the shaving experience to be buzzier and potentially more irritating if you don’t maintain a very light touch. Ideally, you want to clean your electric razor after every use to keep the blazes sharp.
In the box, you’ll find pretty standard stuff like the shaver itself, a blade cover, a charger and an instruction manual. The 2300 seems like an awesome entry-level electric razor, but after using it, I can’t really recommend it to anyone.
