I don’t feel this way at all about the Sunny Health & Fitness elliptical. Whether moving forwards, backwards or increasing resistance, I experienced no shaking. The weight capacity is 330 pounds, which is a really great weight capacity, especially for a budget machine. If you’re new to working out, picking the best cardio machine can feel really overwhelming.
The handlebars are one of the nicer features of the Pro Indoor Cycling Bike, as they are padded, slip-free, and ergonomic. They are designed to accommodate different riding styles for different workouts. They also adjust vertically, which we found was helpful, especially since more than one person in our household was using the bike. Being able to move the handlebars meant the bike worked for people of different heights—and it helped ease any tension in our backs as well.
I like that there are options provided to change up your workout. This entry-level elliptical is a great option for certain people, but I wouldn’t say it is the best option for everyone. Take a look at who I think should purchase it and who is better off with a different elliptical cross trainer machine. I’ve tried plenty of ellipticals including the Sole E25, Bowflex M6, and the NordicTrack Commercial 14.9.

I’d give yourself about 30 to 45 minutes to assemble; I watched someone do it on YouTube while following along with the printed directions. If you’ve assembled IKEA furniture in the past you can probably handle this on your own. This no-frills, sturdy bike does the job and provides a good workout for the motivated indoor cyclist on a budget.
Below the tension knob is a stop lever that allows you to stop abruptly. Another nice feature of this indoor bike is the three-year warranty on the structural frame of the bike and a three-month warranty on all other parts and components.
