The jet must not be directed at persons, pets, live electrical equipment, or the appliance itself. This appliance has been designed for use with cleaning agents that are recommended by the manufacturer. The use of other cleaning agents or chemicals may adversely affect the safety of the appliance. If you’re using soap (you don’t have to), fill one or both detergent tanks with your preferred pressure-washer friendly cleaner. Attach whichever nozzle you need for the job, and turn on the faucet. I got someone quickly who was empowered to try and correct it. To their support person’s credit, they are sending out a replacement one. I hope the new one is better and if it is, I’ll post here. Honestly though I am not holding my breath but I am willing to see.

Long story short, this unit has replaced my gas pressure washer. There are several different types of pressure washers, including gas-powered, battery-electric and cord-electric. There is also a whole world of attachments, hoses and nozzles.
The SPX3000 isn’t intended to be a commercial-grade product, as it likely won’t stand up to the continuous, heavy-duty usage required by the likes of landscapers or auto-detailers, for example. On the other hand, if you need more than the garden variety pressure-washing, the powerful motor of the SPX3500 comes in handy. At 2300 PSI, it gets rid of grime and gunk that the SPX3000 has no business tackling against.
