I guarantee if my son leans on one of the doors, they’ll break or snap off. I attached picture and videos to show everyone. For the price it’s being sold for, it should last a while, and I highly doubt it’ll last to his birthday in September. I will be contacting customer service when they reopen on Monday about this. I have six children and the playhouse has survived in our home since July. We have moved it from room to room, my daughter hangs out the windows, my son slams the doors and shutters; and it is alive! If it wasn’t for my toddler dying to play with it and being so exited, I’d return this junk in a heartbeat and order something more solid. My toddler little tikes cape cottage playhouse goes to swing it open and you can see it bending with his pull. If you try to move it by pushing it from the top, I’ll give it that, it feels solid.
The playhouse is a huge hit when we have playdates, and can easily fit 3 little ones inside. I’m excited to see how he and his friends evolve with this house overtime. Maybe they will pretend to be a mailman and drop off mail in the slot. They have a playhouse in their playroom and love it so we bought this along with a little kitchen set for the deck.
