There is nothing really special, but it cooks/warms up the food thoroughly and evenly. Also it has numerous preset menus, like popcorn, baked potatoes, pizza, beverage, etc. Defrost option works great and it is very useful. Wish the interior capacity was larger, but for this price I couldn’t ask for more. For those with children, make sure your Hamilton Beach microwave includes a child-lock feature. You set a code using the microwave’s buttons.
