It’s compact so it doesn’t take up as much space. The instructions could be written clearer . Overall this is a great treadmill. You can’t really compare it to the professional machines at your gym unless you purchase a treadmill with that quality you will not get that from a home treadmill. Great price, good size, just as good as a more expensive treadmill.
To my surprise, it’s easy to assemble and fold and perfect for in home use. Pretty good size to walk at a fast pace, easy to assemble. Only issue Sunny Health Fitness will be the noise frome motor but you get use to. I purchased this for daily walking since I have a baby and it’s hard to leave the house.

The only reason that I am giving this product 4 stars is because I am 5’8, and I like to daydream a bit while walking on the treadmill. If I’m not careful, I drift back a bit and hit the back end of the treadmill. It almost knocked me off, but the more I use it, the more I got the hang of it.
This product is very quiet not like a lot other treadmill. It does take some getting used to the stride length room avaiable. However, after only 1 day of using, the treadmill makes a groaning noise and has some loose part to the belt. Overall, I like this treadmill, and this is coming from someone who has owned a treadmill before. My old treadmill was clunky and loud.
The treadmill runs very smooth, looks nice and the controls are simple. I had no idea the handlebars extended and I was about to send the thing back. They still aren’t ideal – too large and smooth for a real solid grip but manageable for my needs. The folding handle that locks the riser in place is a bit of a bear to fold down – I have to adjust the tension each time I use it.
